The world is changing at a rapid pace and the demands and requirements in business and education are also transforming. Life skills such as soft skills and communication skills have become one of the most sort after pre-requirement skills by businesses in all top industries. It is because of these reasons that I have decided to start Global Skills LLP to share my knowledge of these essential skills needed for one to do well in the now globalised/A.I. work environment. Global Skills is based in Singapore – a well developed nation known internationally for its world-class education system and for being ahead of the game in many areas. I have more than 22 years experience in business working in a myriad of industries besides owning my own ventures and advising others. I also have had the privilege to help design modules/curricula, start a faculty and teach as a lecturer for over 12 years at some of Singapore’s top tertiary institutions [Currently Adjunct at the National University of Singapore (NUS)]. Global Skills LLP consist of others similarly or more qualified, but are all equally dedicated. I am blessed to be also married to a wife who is a veteran in the preschool sector and as parents and educators, we also strongly believe that life skills should be taught to the younger ones at an early age to give them the competitive advantage. Ms. Chjiraporn Oringa Vathanasin –

Chjiraporn Oringa Vathanasin formerly lectured at the Singapore and Temasek Polytechnics for over 15 years. The courses taught include Oral Communication, Effective Interpersonal Communication, Report Writing and Presentation, Negotiation Skills and Communications Skills for Business. She has also conducted training in Teambuilding, PR Etiquette, Personal Grooming and Motivational Skills, emceeing and Job Interview Skills and English Communication Skills Course for Pre-school Educators (ECSC). She has also taught Communication Skills to Chinese national students for many years. These were conducted to prepare them for the Ministry of Education, Singapore for entry to the local polytechnics and Universities (NUS and NTU).
Oringa has conducted courses for both public and private organizations to a whole spectrum of participants including directors, senior managers, executives, as well as support staff. These participants were from the Singapore Press Holdings, Guthrie GTS, SAS Institute, the ASEAN Initiative for ASEAN Integration Unit, People’s Association Youth Integration Programme and various student development programmes. She was a Lead Trainer for over 10 years for the Ministry of Manpower (Foreign Domestic Worker Employers’ Orientation Programme).
Prior to this, Oringa spent over 15 years in Public Relations and Administration where she has extensive experience in media relations, events management, advertising and promotions, publications, and writing of speeches, press releases, speeches, proposals, and reports. In the courses that she has conducted, Oringa has received consistently good feedback from participants, to the satisfaction of her clients.

Global Skills LLP (Singapore)
